Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ariyao.com and the Ariyao service (the "Service") provided by Artiaid Software Inc. ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

Ariyao is a cosmetic and grooming guidance tool. Based on your questionnaire answers and photos, it produces an appearance rating and a general, non-surgical plan covering skincare habits, grooming, posture, sleep and lifestyle. The rating is an estimate produced by software for entertainment and self-improvement purposes. It is subjective, not a measurement of your worth, and results will differ between people and over time.

2. Not medical advice

The Service does not provide medical, dermatological, dental, nutritional or psychological advice, diagnosis or treatment. Nothing in a report is a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Consult a clinician before starting any product, supplement, exercise or dietary change, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are under 18. Never disregard professional advice because of something in the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. By using the Service you confirm this.

4. Your photos and content

You must only upload photos of yourself. You retain all rights to your photos. Photos are processed and stored in your browser only and are not uploaded to us. You are responsible for the security of your device.

5. Purchases, billing and cancellation

The full report is available under a monthly Ariyao membership, currently US$19.99 per month plus applicable taxes. Payment is processed by Whop, Inc. The membership renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Whop account or by emailing jayme@artiaid.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further charges are made. Prices may change with notice; changes apply from the next renewal.

6. Refunds

Because the report is digital content delivered immediately after purchase, purchases are generally final. If the report failed to unlock or you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days at jayme@artiaid.com and we will make it right or refund you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

7. Access to your report

Your unlocked report is stored in your browser. Clearing your browser's site data, using private browsing, or switching devices may remove access. If this happens, contact us with your Whop purchase email and we will restore access.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload photos of other people without their consent, not to use the Service to harass or demean anyone, not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or interfere with the Service, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, scoring method and plan content, is owned by Artiaid Software Inc. and protected by copyright and other laws. You may use your report for personal, non-commercial purposes.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any particular result from following a plan.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artiaid Software Inc. and its officers, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes will be brought in the courts of Alberta, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to another forum.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the last change. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
